An Apology to our Home Move Customers

In response to their acknowledgement of failings in relation to Standard Licence Conditions 0 and 7.7 of their Gas Supply Licence and the Electricity Supply Licence, Green Star Energy said:

“We deeply regret that historic issues caused delays in the issuance of some of our customers’ change of tenancy documentation. We wish to say sorry to those customers who were impacted as a result of this.”

“Although we are disappointed not to have met the high standards we set ourselves in this instance, we are pleased to have worked with Ofgem to resolve this matter and to provide redress to our affected customers.“
