Please remember, if you wish to provide a meter reading or make a payment, you can do so via our automated line on 0800 012 4510, between 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you can login and submit your readings online via My Account .
Green Star Energy has a My Account online self-service portal and an App for both Android and Apple smartphones.
You can access My Account using your existing email and password. If you need to reset your password please use the ‘Forgot Password’ button.
You can use My Account to submit meter readings, view your bills and payments, make payments online and change your account details.
