Customers that have an existing FiT installation and is already registered with a provider can apply to switch to us, however any installations fitted after 1st April 2019 are not eligible for FiT payments. Find out more on Ofgem's website here.
Who do I contact about my Green Star Energy FiT account?
Now that Green Star Energy is part of Shell Energy, the Feed in Tariff Team at Shell Energy will be managing your Feed in Tariff account.
When will this change happen?
Shell Energy will begin to manage your Feed in Tariff account in the next few weeks. A member of the Shell Energy team will contact you shortly to request a generation reading to ensure your account is up-to-date.
What happens next?
Once your account is managed by Shell Energy, they will contact you by email to let you know. They will then request readings from you on a quarterly basis.
