What are Perks Rewards and points?

As our way of saying thanks, we offer customers on our Perks Rewards plans points for just being with us. These Perks points can be redeemed once you’ve earned enough points to claim one that takes your fancy.

How do I earn points?

We’ve made earning points as simple as possible. 90 days after you sign up to a Perks Rewards plan with us, we’ll automatically deposit points in your account. Then all you have to do is make sure you’re paying your bill on time, and we’ll award you points every three months just for being a loyal customer.

How do I check how many points I have?

Simply visit your Perks Rewards account here. Once you’ve logged in, you can check to see how many points you’ve accrued so far. Don’t worry if you haven’t registered your Perks account yet, if you have one of our Perks Rewards plans, visit GreenStarEnergyPerks.co.uk to activate your Perks Rewards account and start redeeming your points!

Am I eligible for a Perks account?

Only existing Green Star Energy customers on Perks Rewards plans are eligible. If you are eligible, visit GreenStarEnergyPerks.co.uk to activate your account today.

How do I redeem my points?

Visit GreenStarEnergyPerks.co.uk to log in to the Perks Rewards Store. Once inside, you'll see our featured products section, or can use the menu to view all of your options by category. All you have to do is find a product that you want and make it yours!

Unfortunately Perks Rewards can only be claimed by active customers, so if you have recently left us you won’t be able to redeem your points.

What can I redeem my points for?

When it comes to our Perks Rewards, we have two options for you to choose from. You can either redeem your points for energy efficient and smart products, which will save you money on your bill and help make a positive impact on the environment. What’s more, you get 50% off all energy efficient products – double the rewards! Or, alternatively, you can select one or more gift cards for popular shopping, dining and entertainment retailers including Sainsbury’s, iTunes, John Lewis, Argos and Boots. The choice is yours.

How much are my Perks Rewards points worth?

Perks Rewards points are only redeemable for energy efficient products or gift cards have an equivalent value of 1p for each point. They are not legal tender, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash.

Can I still redeem for Perks if I don’t have enough points?

You have the option to combine both points and payment. As you go through the checkout process, the points will be deducted from your account and the rest of the payment due will be displayed in pounds. Pay the excess and the Perk is yours!

Do my points expire?

Your points are valid for two years from the date they’re issued. If you don’t manage to use your points in this time they’ll be lost, but we’ll still add more points to your account on a quarterly basis. Moving home or changing to another one of our tariffs will not affect the amount of points you have, however if you disconnect from us you will lose all of your points.

How do I receive my Perks Rewards?

We’ll ship them straight to you! We use UK Mail NBD to deliver our products via recorded delivery, and you can expect your product or vouchers to arrive within 15-20 working days. You can review tracking (if applicable) and shipping information at any time by logging in and reviewing your order history.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

No, for our gift cards and most of our products delivery is free of charge. There are, however, some oversized smart energy products that we do charge delivery on. This can be paid for using points or with your credit or debit card at checkout.

What if I want to return my order?

You may return any unopened items for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our Perks team at 0800 029 1561 or email PerksRewards@EnergyEarth.com to start this process. Once your return has been processed, you should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days.
